Ingredients:
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 8 large flour tortillas
Instructions:
Add the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mix them together using a whisk
Put the egg mix in a large skillet that is over medium-high heat
While cooking, stir the eggs every now and then until they are almost set
Take the pan off the heat and set it aside
Spread out a tortilla on a clean surface
In the middle, put some of the cooked eggs, sausage, cheese, bell peppers, and onions
Fold the tortilla's sides in, and then roll it up tightly to make sure the filling is inside
Do it again with the rest of the tortillas and filling
Wrap each burrito in its own piece of aluminum foil or plastic wrap
Wrap the burritos in foil and put them in a freezer bag that can be closed again
Write the date on the bag and freeze for up to three months
Take the burrito out of the foil or plastic wrap and heat it in the microwave on high for two to three minutes, or until it's hot all the way through
Enjoy while hot!
