Ingredients:

  • 4 steaks ribeye or sirloin, 1 inch thick
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat

Season steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides

In a bowl, mix together parsley, garlic, oregano, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, cumin, and paprika to make chimichurri sauce

Set aside

Grill steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached

Remove steaks from grill and let them rest for a few minutes

Serve steaks hot, topped with chimichurri sauce

Slow Cooker Pork Chops and Apples

  • 4 bone-in pork chops

Put it on top of the pork chops

With the apples and onions that have been cooked, serve hot

Frozen Yogurt Berry Bites



These Frozen Yogurt Berry Bites are a delightful and healthy treat perfect for any time of day. The creamy Clover Greek Yogurt combined with the sweetness of mixed berries creates a refreshing snack that's sure to please both kids and adults alike.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Clover Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Popsicle sticks or toothpicks

Instructions:

Add honey or maple syrup to a bowl and mix Clover Greek Yogurt in it until it's well mixed

Clean and dry the berries well

Cover all of the berries with the yogurt mixture by dipping them in it

Cover the berries with yogurt and put them on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it

Put a toothpick or popsicle stick into each berry

Put it in the freezer for at least two hours, or until it gets hard

Once it's frozen, take it off the baking sheet and eat it right away, or put it in a container that won't let air in and freeze it for later

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F 200C

In a large bowl, toss sliced potatoes and onions with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and dried thyme until evenly coated

Arrange the seasoned potatoes and onions in a single layer on a baking sheet

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, flipping halfway through

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes during the last 5 minutes of baking

Once done, remove from oven and serve hot

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line an 8x8-inch 20x20 cm baking pan with parchment paper

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded coconut, melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt

Mix well until a dough forms

Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top with a spatula

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 15 minutes

Once cooled, place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up the bars

Remove the chilled bars from the pan and cut them into squares or bars

Bacon Chocolate Bark

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of thick-cut bacon
  • 12 ounces of semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt flakes

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375F 190C

Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake the bacon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until it becomes crispy

Remove from the oven and let it cool

Once the bacon has cooled, chop it into small pieces

In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt the semisweet chocolate chips until smooth and creamy

Stir half of the chopped bacon pieces into the melted chocolate

Line another baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate mixture onto it, spreading it evenly with a spatula

Sprinkle the remaining chopped bacon, chopped almonds, dried cranberries, and sea salt flakes evenly over the melted chocolate

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate hardens

Once the chocolate has hardened, break it into pieces to create your bacon chocolate bark
